I’m working two Cisco XRv9000 digital machines in a VMware host surroundings. They have been each instantiated from the identical present digital machine template.
The entire surroundings is multivendor and is working LLDP for neighbor discovery. Now when i have a look at LLDP neighbors on a machine linked to each XRv9000 VMs, i can see them overwriting every others entry, as a result of they each have the identical Chassis ID.
Can the Chassis ID be modified on a XRv9000 digital machines so i’d keep away from this behaviour with LLDP ?
