Hey, I’ve an issue with an AP Excessive networks AP410C, once I join it to an Excessive networks swap that we now have, the AP connects with ExtremeCloud IQ, and has a community (white LED).
We’ve got the issue after we join the AP Excessive networks AP410C to a Ubiquiti swap that’s behind the Excessive networks swap (with the VLANs tagged), the AP seems as disconnected in ExtremeCloud IQ, and it doesn’t have a community (orange LED).
In precept, we now have the Ubiquiti swap accurately configured (VLANs), if we join a Ubiquiti model AP on the identical port that we now have beforehand linked the Excessive networks AP, we now have a community with no downside with the Ubiquiti AP.
Is there any kind of incompatibility between the AP410C and Ubiquiti switches? or is it essential to make some kind of particular configuration for it to work.
